Digital products (e.g. Marketing Psychology Playbook)

Digital products are delivered as downloadable files and cannot be returned. For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product page, video and description before purchasing.

• If you paid but did not receive your file, or the file does not open, contact us and we will resend or fix it.
• If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.

Services

Refunds for services are handled according to the proposal or agreement for your project. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees for work already started or completed are non-refundable.
